J. Michael Wermuth, Esq.
Mr. Wermuth started his career in the Caracas (Venezuela) office of the international law firm of Baker & McKenzie, practicing corporate, oil & gas, mining, and communications law. He later became the Director of Legal and Business Affairs of Sky Latin America, a satellite television joint venture among The News Corporation Limited, AT&T, Grupo Televisa S.A., and Organizaçoes Globo S.A. Mr. Wermuth left Sky Latin America to establish his own law firm, WermuthLaw. P.A., and later joined with Ricardo Gonzalez to form Gonzalez & Wermuth P..L. prior to founding Wermuth Panell & Ortiz, PLLC., with Eliezer Panell and Roberto Ortiz.
